- Our pricing is customised to fit your specific needs, so we encourage you to check our current price list for an overview of the various services we offer. Discounts are available for multiple elements.
- After you share your requirements or ideas with us, we will create a comprehensive estimate that reflects your unique requirements and preferences.
- To secure your build slot, we will request a non-refundable deposit once you decide to move forward with your project.
- We will arrange a face-to-face or virtual consultation to discuss your ideas in detail, allowing us to finalise the specifics and confirm the overall cost of the project or work you require.
- About two weeks prior to the commencement of the work, we will ask for 50% of the total agreed cost. This payment is necessary for us to gather the materials required for your project.
- The remaining balance can be settled either upon completion of the work or in two equal instalments during the build process, with the final payment due at the end depending on the value of the works.
- For more complex projects, for example a complete installation, we will maintain close communication with you throughout the build, providing regular photo and video updates and discussing any finer details to ensure everything aligns with your vision.
